Entry and Admission

1. Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 19 years old to enter public events. Valid ID is required for entry. Minors are welcome for private events. 

 

2. Dress Code: While we welcome all weird and wonderful walks of life, guests must adhere to the dress code of decently presentable with basic grooming standards. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting these basic dress standards.

3. Search Policy: All guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. Prohibited items will be confiscated. Let's keep it safe space for all.

Conduct

4. Behaviour: Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons. Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

5. Smoking & Vaping: Smoking & Vaping is only allowed outside down the street away from the front door. No vaping is allowed inside.

Health & Safety

6. Capacity: Admittance is subject to the venue’s maximum capacity. Once capacity is reached, entry will be on a one-in-one-out basis.

7. Emergencies: In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the staff and evacuate the premises in an orderly manner.

Personal Belongings

8. Responsibility: The venue, Osito, is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please take care of your belongings.

9. Coatcheck: A coatcheck service is sometimes available for a fee. Items left in the cloakroom are left at the owner's risk.

Payments and Refunds

10. Cover Charge: A cover charge may apply for entry. This fee is non-refundable.

11. Drinks and Services: All sales of drinks and services inside the venue are final. No refunds will be issued.

Photography and Media

12. Photos and Videos: By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded. The venue may use these images and videos for promotional, social media and website purposes.

Management Rights

13. Refusal of Entry: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone at their discretion.

14. Policy Changes: Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
